Suggestions of use

It is difficult to compare this problem with the ineffective coping of the community. It seems that this diagnosis could simply be established when demographic data indicate the existence of group health problems or the risk of occurring, or when programs are not available to handle them. It seems that the poor community health label is more related to community responses to existing health problems. In a sense, it could constitute a risk factor for the ineffective coping of the community. Poor community health is diagnosed from the behaviors observed rather than demographic data. However, some of the related factors (causes) for both diagnoses are similar (for example, the lack of services or resources).
